What this website is

This website provides information about WebinarOps services and allows qualified visitors to apply for and schedule a Free Webinar Forecast. It is marketing material. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract for services.

No client relationship

Submitting the qualification form, booking a forecast, or attending a forecast session does not create a client relationship. Any engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where anything on this website conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Qualification and booking

WebinarOps sets its own criteria for who it works with and may decline any application, at its discretion, with or without reason. Meeting the criteria described on this site does not entitle anyone to an engagement, a proposal, or a specific price.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the business you name.

No guarantees

WebinarOps makes no guarantee of revenue, profit, registrations, attendance, conversion, or return on advertising spend. Any forecast or figure discussed is an estimate produced from assumptions. See the Earnings and Results Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Pricing

Pricing is not published on this website. Final scope, fees, and terms are determined after qualification and forecasting, and are set out in a signed agreement. Client advertising spend is paid separately and directly by the client to the advertising platforms. Some third-party software may carry its own platform fees.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code, diagrams, and marks on this website are owned by WebinarOps or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from them without written permission, other than ordinary personal use of the site.

Third-party services and links

This site embeds and links to third-party services, including scheduling, video, analytics, and platform partners. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. WebinarOps is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

WebinarOps may receive compensation or benefits through certain technology partnerships. See the Affiliate Disclosure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or automated form submissions
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
• Interfere with the operation of the site, including by excessive automated requests
