Information you give us

When you complete the qualification form, we collect:

• First name and last name
• Business email address
• Phone number
• Company name
• Website or sales page
• Primary social profile, where you provide one
• Your answers about business type, offer type, offer price, revenue range, advertising budget range, funnel interest, campaign frequency, and launch timeline

When you use the general contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic you select, and the message you write.

Information collected automatically

We collect the following as you use the site:

• Pages viewed and the page you entered on
• The page or source that referred you
• First-touch and last-touch campaign parameters, including UTM values and click identifiers such as gclid and fbclid
• Device type and general technical information about your browser
• Interaction events, including CTA clicks, video watch progress, and form progress
• Approximate location derived from your IP address by our analytics providers

How we use it

• To determine whether your business meets the requirements for a growth partnership
• To prepare for and conduct your Free Webinar Forecast
• To schedule and confirm your booking
• To contact you about your enquiry and about our services
• To measure which campaigns and pages produce qualified applicants

Consent to be contacted

When you submit the qualification form you confirm that you agree to be contacted by WebinarOps by email, phone, or text message about your forecast and related services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, and you can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You can also ask us to stop contacting you by emailing hello@webinarops.com.

Call recording

Sales and strategy calls may be recorded or transcribed for training, quality, and internal reference. Where a call is being recorded you will be told at the start of the call and can decline. Some jurisdictions require the consent of all parties, and we operate on that basis.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf, which may include:

• Our customer relationship management and marketing automation platforms
• Calendly, for scheduling and managing your booking
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, for website measurement
• Google Ads and Meta, for advertising measurement and optimization
• Whop, as our pixel and platform partner, for conversion measurement
• Contentsquare, for behavioural analytics, where enabled
• Callix.io, where attribution infrastructure is in use
• Our email and SMS delivery providers
• Our hosting provider

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses cookies and similar storage, including your browser's local and session storage, to remember your campaign source, keep your progress through the qualification form, avoid asking you to retype information, and measure site performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may prevent parts of the qualification and booking flow from working correctly.

Advertising and analytics providers named above may set their own cookies and process information under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep qualification submissions and contact enquiries for as long as needed to evaluate, respond to, and manage the relationship, and afterwards for as long as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Security

Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection, submissions are rate limited, and access to our systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to request its deletion, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place.
