Where money or benefits may flow to WebinarOps from the technology we recommend, and how we handle that.
Last updated 5 August 2026
What this covers
WebinarOps recommends and implements third-party technology as part of building and operating webinar and challenge funnels. This includes attribution infrastructure, payment and delivery platforms, customer relationship management systems, email and SMS platforms, webinar platforms, and community platforms.
Compensation and benefits
WebinarOps may receive compensation, incentives, benefits, fee waivers, revenue share, referral fees, agency-partner status, or other consideration through certain technology partnerships and referrals. This may occur when a client signs up for, subscribes to, or spends money on a third-party platform we have recommended or implemented.
Where this applies, the arrangement is with the technology provider. It does not add any cost to you beyond that provider's own published or negotiated pricing.
Named relationships
Callix.io
WebinarOps implements Callix.io as attribution infrastructure for some clients. WebinarOps may receive compensation, benefits, or other consideration in connection with client adoption of that platform.
Whop
WebinarOps is a Whop agency partner. Agency partnership may carry compensation, benefits, fee waivers, or other consideration in connection with client adoption or spend on the platform. Any waived fees or partner perks available to a client are subject to Whop's own eligibility rules and may change or be withdrawn by Whop at any time. WebinarOps does not control and does not guarantee eligibility for any partner benefit.
How recommendations are made
Technology is recommended on the basis of what the engagement requires. Where a compensated relationship exists and a viable alternative also exists, you are entitled to ask, and we will tell you plainly what the relationship is and what the alternative would involve.
Platform costs, subscription fees, and any relationship relevant to your engagement are discussed during the sales process or onboarding. If a recommendation is influenced by a compensated relationship in a way that matters to your decision, ask and we will say so.
Your choice
You are never obliged to use a platform we recommend. Where you prefer an alternative, we will tell you honestly what it changes about the build, the timeline, or what we can measure.
Questions
If you want to know whether a specific recommendation carries a compensated relationship, ask before you sign up for anything.
