No guarantee of results
WebinarOps does not guarantee revenue, profit, registrations, attendance, show rate, conversion, customer acquisition cost, return on advertising spend, or any other financial or performance outcome. Nothing on this website, in any proposal, or in any conversation with our team constitutes a promise or guarantee of any specific result.
Results vary
Results vary substantially between businesses. Past results, whether ours or anyone else's, do not guarantee or predict future results. Two companies running structurally similar campaigns can produce materially different outcomes.
Outcomes depend on variables including, but not limited to:
- The strength, pricing, and market fit of your offer
- Your market, category, and competitive conditions
- The amount, consistency, and efficiency of your advertising spend
- The size, quality, and responsiveness of your audience
- Your execution, decision speed, and approval turnaround
- Your sales process and the capability of your sales team
- Your fulfillment capacity and customer experience
- Advertising platform policy, pricing, and algorithm changes
- Broader economic and seasonal conditions
Forecasts are estimates, not projections of earnings
The Free Webinar Forecast, and any modelling, scenario, figure, or range discussed during a sales conversation or during an engagement, is an estimate produced from assumptions. It is a planning tool for structuring a campaign, not a representation of earnings you will achieve.
Assumptions are exactly that. Changing a single input, such as cost per registration or show rate, changes every figure downstream of it. A forecast should never be treated as a commitment, a projection of income, or a basis for financial decisions made without independent advice.
Advertising spend
Client advertising spend is paid separately and directly by the client to the advertising platforms. It does not pass through WebinarOps. Advertising spend is at risk: money spent on advertising may not be recovered, and no part of it is guaranteed to produce registrations, customers, or revenue. Some third-party software used in an engagement may carry its own platform fees.
Case studies and examples
Any case study published on this website reflects the specific circumstances of that client at that time. Case study figures are supplied and approved by the client concerned. They are not typical, not average, and not a prediction of what any other business will achieve.
Interface visuals shown on this website are illustrations of the systems we build. The values displayed within them are samples used for design purposes, are labelled as such, and do not represent any client's actual performance.
No professional advice
Nothing on this website or in any WebinarOps engagement constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for your business decisions, your advertising spend, your compliance obligations, and the claims you make to your own customers.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for the delivery and quality of your own product, the accuracy of your own marketing claims, your refund and guarantee obligations to your customers, and your compliance with advertising platform policies and applicable law.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, ask us before signing anything. We would rather answer the question than have you rely on an assumption.
