Case studies

We publish resultsor we publish nothing

No client, logo, testimonial, revenue figure, or return on ad spend appears on this site without written approval and verified data. That makes this library slower to fill than most. It also means everything in it is real.

Status

Nothing is published yet

Client work is underway. Studies go live here as approvals and verified numbers come back, one at a time.

In the meantime, the most useful thing we can show you is the template. This is exactly what a WebinarOps case study contains, which is also exactly what we would publish about your campaign if we worked together.

Categories the library will cover

Webinar funnelsChallenge funnelsCoursesCoachingCommunitiesCertificationsLow-ticket to high-ticketPaid acquisition
  1. 01

    Starting position

The existing offer, the previous funnel, traffic sources, the conversion problems, operational limitations, attribution gaps, and sales-team issues as we found them.

  2. 02

    Strategic diagnosis

What we identified as the constraint, and why the obvious answer was or was not the real one.

  3. 03

    What we built

Offer changes, funnel changes, advertising strategy, email and SMS, the VIP pass, the sales process, ascension strategy, attribution, and reporting.

  4. 04

    Funnel map

The customer journey, drawn, from first click through backend ascension.

  5. 05

    Campaign performance

Client-approved data only: advertising spend, registrations, cost per registration, VIP buyers and revenue, attendees, show rate, core buyers and revenue, upsell buyers and revenue, gross revenue, refunds, processing costs, sales commissions, net revenue, and return on ad spend.

  6. 06

    Before and after

A direct comparison of the same metrics across the same funnel.

  7. 07

    Testimonial

In the client's words, written or on video, with their name and company attached.

  8. 08

    Key lessons

The strategic insight that actually drove the outcome, stated plainly enough to argue with.

Why it reads this way

Borrowed authority is easy. Verified numbers are not.

It would be trivial to fill this page with logos and a large aggregate revenue figure. Most of our category does. We would rather you judged the work on how specifically we can describe your funnel economics on a call, before you have paid us anything.

Next step

Judge us on the forecast instead

Bring your offer and your numbers. If we cannot tell you something useful about your funnel economics in that session, no case study was going to convince you anyway.

A short qualification first, then the calendar. Most people finish in under ninety seconds.
